The IT Support Technician role at Armtec will provide technical assistance and support end-users for hardware, software and network-related issues, maintaining IT systems and ensuring the smooth operation of the organization’s technology infrastructure.
Requirements
- Proficient with Windows operating systems.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office 365.
- Familiarity with Active Directory a plus.
- Basic knowledge of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP).
- Experience with ticketing systems (e.g., Jira, Zendesk, ServiceNow) a plus.
- Understanding of cybersecurity principles and data privacy.
