INNIO is seeking a customer-focused IT Support Technician to provide frontline and remote IT support to internal employees and external partners. The role involves troubleshooting and resolving IT issues, supporting the JML process, and maintaining local IT infrastructure. The ideal candidate will be a technically skilled individual comfortable working both independently and as part of a team.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 2-4+ years of experience in a Service Desk, Help Desk, or Onsite IT Support role
  • Proficient with Windows 10/11 and Microsoft 365 suite
  • ITSM platforms (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira Service Management, Freshservice)
  • Active Directory knowledge
  • Solid understanding of networking fundamentals
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

Requirements Summary
