Kinaxis is seeking a full-time IT Support Technician to provide initial point-of-contact support to end-users. This role focuses on end-to-end support for both in-office and remote users, handling both hardware and software issues, and collaborating with other IT team members. The ideal candidate will be a skilled communicator and problem solver with a proactive attitude.
Requirements
- 3+ years of IT Service Desk experience
- Post-secondary education/Bachelor’s degree with a focus on Computer Science
- ITIL, A+, Network + and MCSA certifications (advantageous)
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Agile and resilient in managing multiple tickets
- Exceptional English communication skills
- Intermediate experience working with ServiceNow & Windows/Mac OS
- Awareness of ITSM & incident management methodologies
