IT Support Technicians will provide on-premises and remote support for instructional technologies, including hardware, software, and network infrastructure. They will assist students with technology use, provide support for faculty and staff, and assist with projects. This position is part-time and works in a hybrid class setting.
Requirements
- Assist students with technology use.
- Provide Level 1 and Level 2 support.
- Utilize ServiceNow to log, monitor and track incidents.
- Maintains computer lab hardware and software.
- Prepare and submit monthly status reports.
Requirements Summary
