Requirements

  • Service-oriented and meticulous person
  • Team player who likes to work in a group
  • Fluent in Swedish in both speech and writing
  • Personal interest and drive
  • Experience working in Servicedesk with IT-support or technical support
  • Experience in service jobs
  • Knowledge in areas such as Windows Server and Client, Apple MacOS, Active Directory, Office 365, Microsoft Endpoint Manager, network, hardware, incident management system (merit-worthy if you are familiar with ServiceNow)
