Requirements
- Service-oriented and meticulous person
- Team player who likes to work in a group
- Fluent in Swedish in both speech and writing
- Personal interest and drive
- Experience working in Servicedesk with IT-support or technical support
- Experience in service jobs
- Knowledge in areas such as Windows Server and Client, Apple MacOS, Active Directory, Office 365, Microsoft Endpoint Manager, network, hardware, incident management system (merit-worthy if you are familiar with ServiceNow)
