We are looking for a service-oriented and technically curious IT support who wants to contribute to effective, stable, and user-focused IT services for the entire operation.

Requirements

  • Higher vocational education, gymnasial IT education, or equivalent practical experience
  • Good understanding of IT hardware, software, and basic network concepts
  • Experience with Windows environments and Microsoft 365
  • Ability to troubleshoot IT-related problems efficiently
  • Some knowledge of networks, Windows Server, and permission management
  • Experience with documentation/CMDB is meritorious
  • Experience with ServiceNow or similar ITSM platform is meritorious
  • Basic understanding of ITIL or willingness to certify
  • Very good knowledge of Swedish and English
