NTT DATA Romania is seeking an IT System Support Analyst to provide technical support for IT systems, monitor performance, and manage user access. The role focuses on improving the efficiency of customs processes within the European Union through digitalization and harmonization. Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Mathematics, or a comparable qualification
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a System Support Analyst, IT Support Specialist, or similar role
- Strong knowledge of operating systems including Windows and Linux
- Familiarity with IT service management practices such as ITIL, ServiceNow, or Jira
- Understanding of network fundamentals including TCP/IP, DNS, and VPN configurations
- Basic scripting skills using PowerShell or Python for automation and troubleshooting
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud is a plus
