PSI is a leading Contract Research Organization (CRO) with 30 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry. They are seeking an IT Systems Engineer to support business processes and operations through the evaluation, testing, and implementation of IT infrastructure systems. The role involves maintaining, upgrading, and optimizing various IT systems, and ensuring a robust IT infrastructure.

Requirements

  • University Degree in Computer Science or related field
  • Expert knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, IP routing and switching on Cisco CCNA or greater level
  • Expert knowledge of Microsoft Windows Server and Active Directory
  • Strong understanding and hands-on experience with SMTP, SPF, DKIM, DMARC, Microsoft Exchange
  • Experience with SCCM and/or ServiceNow
  • Basic administration of Linux servers
  • Experience in setting up centralized monitoring and logging systems (Splunk, Zabbix, Nagios/Icinga)
  • Experience with Veeam Backup
  • Experience in managing HP/HPE hardware and VMware vCenter
  • Knowledge of virtualization concepts
  • Experience in designing and implementing complex IT infrastructure projects
