ServiceNow is seeking a Senior Information Security Analyst to maintain and strengthen the organization's security posture. This role focuses on customer-facing security incidents, incident triage, proactive risk mitigation, and ensuring a high level of trust through effective communication and excellent customer service. Requirements
- 5+ years of professional experience in information security or application security.
- Relevant certifications (CSA, Azure AI Fundamentals, AWS Certified AI Practitioner, Offensive Security, GIAC, etc.).
- Strong understanding of cloud computing models and major cloud providers.
- Hands-on experience with security tools and technologies (SIEM, logging, firewalls, etc.).
- Basic to Intermediate-level programming knowledge in Java/JavaScript.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
