IT Systems Engineer

Lightcast Discovery is seeking an IT Systems Engineer to join their growing team. This role involves supporting colleagues across various IT departments, ensuring the smooth operation of systems, and contributing to technical projects. The ideal candidate is a problem-solver with a passion for technology and excellent communication skills.

Requirements

• 2-3 years of IT support experience, ideally in a 2nd Line Engineering role
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, Windows, Active Directory, and IT infrastructure management.
• Experience with ITSM ticketing systems (e.g., ServiceNow, Freshworks, Zendesk)
• Fluency in English (spoken and written)
