Lightcast Discovery is seeking an IT Systems Engineer to join their team, supporting multiple IT and communication systems, including network architecture, cybersecurity, and support for applications like Office 365 and Windows. This role focuses on technical expertise, problem-solving, and customer service within a fast-growing, innovative company using a Lightcast platform to manage microfluidic experiments.
Requirements
- 3 years of IT support experience
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, Windows, and Active Directory
- Familiarity with ITSM ticketing systems (e.g. ServiceNow, Freshworks, Zendesk)
- Agility and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills
- 3FA certification (CompTIA or Microsoft)
