PSI, a leading Contract Research Organization (CRO), is seeking an IT Systems Engineer to support their business processes and operations. The role involves maintaining, upgrading, and optimizing IT infrastructure systems, including network, server, and application environments. They foster an inclusive culture focused on providing high-quality services to the pharmaceutical industry.
Requirements
- University Degree in Computer Science or related field
- Full working proficiency in English
- Expert knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, IP routing and switching on Cisco CCNA or greater level
- Expert knowledge of Microsoft Windows Server and Active Directory
- Strong understanding of SMTP, SPF, DKIM, DMARC, Microsoft Exchange
- Experience with SCCM and/or ServiceNow
- Cloud solution experience
- Basic administration of Linux servers
- Experience with centralized monitoring and logging systems (Splunk, Zabbix, Nagios/Icinga)
- Experience with Veeam Backup
- Experience with HP/HPE hardware and VMware vCenter servers
- Knowledge of virtualization concepts
- Experience in managing complex IT infrastructure projects
