This role involves maintaining, upgrading, and improving IT infrastructure systems to support business processes, designing new systems, and maintaining LAN/WAN configurations. Requirements
- University Degree in Computer Science or a related field
- Full working proficiency in English
- Expert knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, IP routing and switching on Cisco CCNA
- Expert knowledge of Microsoft Windows Server and Active Directory (including ADFS, PKI)
- Strong understanding and hands-on experience with SMTP, SPF, DKIM, DMARC, Microsoft Exchange
- Experience with SCCM and/or ServiceNow
- Cloud solution experience
- Basic administration of Linux servers
- Experience with centralized monitoring and logging systems (Splunk, Zabbix, Nagios/Icinga etc.)
- Experience with Veeam Backup
- Experience in managing HP/HPE hardware and VMware vCenter servers
- Knowledge of virtualization concepts
- Experience in designing, implementing and managing complex IT infrastructure projects
