DXC Technology is a global professional services company looking for an IT Systems Operations Support Consultant to join their consulting team in Spain. The role involves managing and coordinating tests, attention and resolution of incidents, and monitoring business processes.
Requirements
- Mixed profile (technical-functional) with at least 1-2 years of experience performing operations support tasks for IT Systems Business Processes.
- Ability to learn quickly: internal group procedures, internal policies and standards, circuits and tools, diversity of technology teams involved, different structures in each Domain of the Bank, diversity of infrastructure available in the group.
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
- Ability to work creatively in a problem-solving context.
- Ability to interact with the client, mainly end-user and managers of the different services that will be supported.
- High level of English spoken and written to manage international projects.
- Knowledge and experience with the administration-configuration and parameterization of business flows/processes (workflow rules, user creation/deletion in attention groups, SLAs,...) from the Backend of IT technological platforms (ServiceNow, Salesforce, SAP,...).
- It will be valued to have notions of programming (basic or by technical career).
- Medium-advanced level with office tools.
