Requirements
- Mixed profile (technical-functional) with at least 1-2 years of experience performing support operations for Business Process Systems IT
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Ability to work creatively in a problem-solving context
- High level of English spoken and written to manage projects with international communication
- Knowledge and experience with the administration-configuration and parameterization-of business flows/processes (workflow rules, user additions/removals from attention groups, SLAs,...) from the Backend of IT technological platforms (ServiceNow, Salesforce, SAP,...)
