Requirements
- Associate degree in IT or related professional certification
- Minimum of 2 year of IT Helpdesk or Service Desk experience
- Time management and multitasking abilities
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Proficiency in Windows, Microsoft O365, Teams, and other relevant tools
- Experience with Cisco VPN and Pulse clients
- Knowledge of Citrix connectivity
- Active Directory Administration
- Experience with Windows troubleshooting and software installation
