We are seeking an IT Manufacturing Support Technician to support hardware and software for all location specific and corporate employees or contractors. The role involves responding to IT assistance requests, documenting processes, and participating in various projects.
Requirements
- High school degree or equivalent work experience
- At least 2 years experience supporting a Windows operating system computing environment
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft desktop operating systems
- Working knowledge of Active Directory services and various business applications
- Experience working in a shipping or manufacturing environment
- Working knowledge with SAP, ServiceNow, Agile, FedEx Ship Manager, OKTA, SAM, or other vendor similar applications
- Relevant certifications such as various MCITP, CompTIA and ITIL
- Strong customer service skills, organizational skills, and excellent communication skills both verbal and written
