The IT Manufacturing Support Technician will support hardware and software for all location specific and corporate employees or contractors.
Requirements
- High school degree or equivalent work experience
- At least 2 years experience supporting a Windows operating system computing environment
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft desktop operating systems
- Working knowledge of Active Directory services and various business applications
- Experience working in a shipping or manufacturing environment is a plus
- Working knowledge with SAP, ServiceNow, Agile, FedEx Ship Manager, OKTA, SAM, are a plus
- Relevant certifications such as various MCITP, CompTIA and ITIL are desired
- Strong customer service skills, organizational skills, and excellent communication skills both verbal and written
