Florida Power & Light Company is seeking an IT Technology Leader to oversee real-time operations and ensure IT services align with business commitments and needs. The position requires on-site attendance with occasional off-shift and weekend work.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5-7 years of large enterprise IT experience, preferably in system administration, network engineering, or support roles.
- At least 2 years of experience managing service-based vendors.
- Experience partnering with business units to understand and deliver IT services.
- Expertise in vendor and service delivery management.
- Familiarity with ServiceNow, data backup/replication, disaster recovery, directory and authentication, infrastructure platforms (AWS and Azure), server and storage infrastructure (Linux, Windows, AIX, VMware, Citrix, ECS, Nutanix, Cisco UCS, PowerMax, IBM Power, etc.).
