IT Vendor Delivery Management Specialist

IT Vendor Delivery Management Specialist will be responsible for creating and maintaining non-procurement related relationships with partners and with alliances within the company business ecosystem. The role will involve executing the alliance and partnership strategy, establishing and ensuring smooth operation of collaboration ground rules, and reviewing and supporting contracts.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business or other management discipline
• 7+ years of global 'sourcing' experience
• 5+ years of experience establishing business alliances with external institutions/corporations
• Legal experience, with a background in alliance (technology enabled) contracts, is an advantage
• Fluent in English
• Demonstrated experience with business process and performance modeling, benchmarking, and financial analysis
• Experience managing SAP, ServiceNow and Excel
