Telefónica Tech is seeking a TTech Configuration Item Management professional to join their Cloud Service Delivery Center unit. The successful candidate will be responsible for execution of migration, technological renewal, transformation, and improvement projects within the technical transition team.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in similar positions
- Experience in change management
- Experience in SLA control
- Experience in data quality control
- Engineering studies (Telecommunications, Computer Science) or related experience
- Deep knowledge in Office package
- Knowledge in Power BI
- Experience in audit systems and ticket management (Remedy, Jira, ServiceNow, etc)
- ITIL methodology knowledge
- Asset, inventory, and licensing management (Redhat, SUSE, Microsoft, etc)
- Lean, Scrum methodologies
- Agile Squad methodology
- ITIL certification
- Basic technical knowledge in SO, BD, and CCPP
- Proactivity to improve and automate processes
- Great management capacity
