The ITIL Change Manager is responsible for managing change requests, leading Change Advisory Boards (CABs), and ensuring that changes are executed effectively and align with business objectives. They also handle conflict resolution and maintain detailed documentation of change processes.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in ITIL Change Management, IT infrastructure, and process management.
  • Strong knowledge of ITIL frameworks and best practices.
  • Familiarity with change management policies, procedures, and tools.
  • Experience with Risk assessment and impact analysis.
  • Familiarity with ITSM tools (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira Service Management).
