ITOM/CMDB Specialist - Prague

Devoteam is seeking an ITOM/CMDB Specialist to join their team in Prague. The ideal candidate will have strong background in infrastructure technologies, including server operating systems, monitoring, and automation tools. The role involves communicating with customers, detailing technical requirements, and validating them with the customer. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of ServiceNow, ITIL, and cloud environments.

Requirements

• Intermediate Windows and Unix administration skills
• Familiarity with network concepts (routers, switches, firewalls, NAT, load balancing)
• Ability to discuss credentials, install a product, troubleshoot permission issues, discuss and troubleshoot network connectivity with network engineers, security teams or cloud providers
