Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in IT service operation and user support
- 4+ years of practical experience and 6+ years of leadership experience
- Experience with operation management and reporting based on service quality indicators (KPI, SLA, etc.)
- Ability to think and consider strategic directions with field-centered team operation
- Ability to grow members with a user-centered mindset and coaching skills
- Experience leading the application of new technologies (cloud, SaaS, collaboration tools, etc.) within the organization
