We're a leader in analytics, and we're looking for an experienced IT Service Management Analyst to assist with our Service Management processes using ServiceNow ITOM. You'll perform day-to-day delivery of Configuration Management services and work closely with cross-functional teams to maintain and improve the health of the CMDB.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Seven years' experience in IT
- Strong knowledge of ServiceNow CMDB and ITOM
- Agile and Scrum experience
- General familiarity with IT on-premise and cloud architectures
