Devoteam is an AI-driven tech consulting firm seeking an ITSM Consultant for ServiceNow in Prague. The role involves implementing ServiceNow solutions, learning the platform, and collaborating with team members to gather client requirements. The ideal candidate has IT knowledge of Application Development technologies, strong soft skills, and advanced English.

Requirements

• IT knowledge of Application Development technologies (JavaScript, HTML, CSS, DML/SQL, Angular.JS, web services...)
• Strong soft skills, including communication and presentation abilities, analytical thinking and troubleshooting skills
• Advanced English, both written and verbal communication
• IT education or relevant experience in the IT industry
