ITSM Functional Analyst (Release management) - São José dos Campos/SP

ITSM Functional Analyst (Release management) responsible for implementing and supporting complex solutions that meet business needs. Ensures delivery of complex solutions by configuring and implementing to system specifications. Participates in efforts to elicit future systems requirements and communicate with external and internal customers to analyze information needs and functional requirements.

Requirements

• Completed Bachelor’s degree
• Advanced/Fluent English
• Experience in driving process and technology re-engineering using industry practices
• Experience in release management processes
• Proficiency in development and analytics within reporting frameworks and BI tools
• Experience with scripting languages (JavaScript, Python, Powershell)
• Ability to negotiate with customers to promote or sell ideas or concepts
• Ability to analyze and interpret data and make recommendations
• Ability to be flexible about project changes and dynamically mitigate risks in the moment
• Ability to manage and prioritize multiple, complex projects simultaneously
