We are looking for a Problem Manager with experience in ITSM environments to lead the identification, analysis and resolution of problems that affect the continuity and quality of our IT services.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in similar roles within ITSM.
  • Knowledge of ITIL v4 (desirable certification).
  • Experience with ITSM tools (ServiceNow, BMC Remedy, etc.).
  • Analytical, documentation, and effective communication skills.
