Insulet Corporation is seeking a highly motivated IT Service Delivery Specialist to support daily IT operations as part of the North America IT Service Delivery Team. The ideal candidate will have experience working with highly automated technical solutions and understanding of cybersecurity risks and implications of delivering IT services to a global and highly regulated company.
Requirements
- ITIL v3 familiarity and experience
- ServiceNow Certification
- Other relevant IT certifications (CompTIA A+, MCSE/MCSA/AZURE Cloud, CCENT, VMware AirWatch, Apple, etc)
- Strong understanding of secure endpoint management

Requirements Summary
1+ years of hands-on ServiceDesk experience, ITIL v3 familiarity and experience, and strong understanding of secure endpoint management
