Deloitte is seeking an ITSM Process & Product Architect to shape how the company delivers IT Operations. The role involves designing and innovating in the latest IT Service Management technologies, incorporating agentic AI and other emerging technologies. The architect will work collaboratively within diverse teams and influence technical roadmaps to build a modern value stream in ITSM.
Requirements
- At least 5-7 years of experience designing and developing IT Operations processes with enterprise-grade solutions.
- Demonstrated experience with data governance and automation, including application to complex hybrid cloud solutions.
- Experience with automation of process, customer interactions, predictive/agentic AI, and machine learning.
- Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills.
- Proven ability to work in and influence multidisciplinary teams in a matrix management environment.
