As an ITSM / ServiceNow Consultant, you'll accompany customers on their journey to modern, efficient, and digital processes. You'll connect technology, consulting, and methodology to design projects actively and lead teams professionally.
Requirements
- Several years of experience in Enterprise Service Management, ideally with ServiceNow
- Fundamental knowledge in process modeling, optimization, and/or quality management
- Experience in workshop moderation
- Experience in leading projects or workstreams
- Secure stakeholder management at management level
- Routine in pre-sales or tendering processes
- Very good German and English skills
