As an ITSM / ServiceNow consultant, you will accompany our customers on their way to modern, efficient, and digital processes, connecting technology, consulting, and methodology to design projects actively.

Requirements

  • Several years of experience in enterprise service management, ideally with ServiceNow
  • Deep knowledge of process modeling, optimization, and/or quality management
  • Experience in workshop moderation
  • Experience in leading projects or workstreams
  • Secure stakeholder management on management level
  • Routine in pre-sales or tender processes
  • Very good German and English skills
  • Willingness to take responsibility and move the team forward
