Requirements
- Several years of experience in Enterprise Service Management, ideally with ServiceNow
- Fundamental knowledge of process modeling, optimization, and/or quality management
- Experience in workshop moderation
- Experience in leading projects or workstreams
- Secure stakeholder management on the management level
- Routine in pre-sales or offer processes
- Very good German and English skills
- Willingness to take responsibility and move something in the team
- ServiceNow certifications are a plus - but not a must.
