As an ITSM ServiceNow Consultant, you will be part of an agile, European team with over 500 Tech-Experts and 200 certified consultants. You will be responsible for comprehensive ITSM projects from analysis to design and implementation, rollout, and optimization. You will accompany companies in their digital transformation of their IT and enterprise service processes.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in the consulting or IT service industry
- Proven experience in implementing ServiceNow or alternative platforms
- Confident in process modeling and process optimization
- Very good German and English language skills
