Leidos is looking for a ITSM (ServiceNow) Platform Developer to maintain development, test, and production ServiceNow environments, support ongoing operations and maintenance activities, and projects for the USCENTCOM Information Technology Services (CITS) Program.

Requirements

  • ServiceNow system maintenance, workflow development, bug fixes, enhancements, upgrades, and assisting with technical implementation of the tool
  • Implementing ServiceNow system solutions in a Linux environment
  • Proven ability and knowledge of ServiceNow integrations with other systems
  • Knowledge and experience supporting relational databases such as MariaDB
  • ServiceNow Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM) modules with expertise in Agile Development
  • Develop dashboards, KPIs, and reports to provide visibility into portfolio performance, risks, and opportunities

Requirements Summary

Bachelor’s Degree with a focus in computer science, information systems, or a related field of study and at least 5 years of experience, ServiceNow Certified System Administrator certification, ITIL v4 Foundation Certification
