Requirements
- Minimum of 1+ years of hands-on experience with SAP Service Desk.
- Proficiency with ticketing tools such as SAP Solution Manager, ServiceNow, or JIRA.
- Strong understanding of SAP modules and functionalities.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication skills.
