JIRA Associate Manging Consultant

Invenio is seeking a JIRA Associate Manager Consulting to provide expert guidance and support to clients on JIRA implementation, customization, and administration. This role involves leading project teams, developing solutions using SAP best practices, and ensuring client satisfaction. Invenio is a global SAP solutions provider specializing in public sector services and media entertainment.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience with JIRA administration and customization
• Hands-on experience with Confluence, Bitbucket, and other Atlassian tools
• Strong command over JQL, workflows, automation, and custom configurations
• Experience with ScriptRunner, JMWE, or similar plugins
• Proficient in integration with tools like Git, Jenkins, ServiceNow, and CI/CD pipelines
• Exposure to Agile and DevOps environments
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Solid foundation for consulting 'soft' skills
