GovCIO is seeking a Journeyman ServiceNow Administrator/Developer to support their USSS Network Operations and Security Center (NOSC) proposal. This hybrid position will be located in Washington, DC, and requires 3+ years of experience in ServiceNow development. The role involves guiding ITSM strategy, developing solutions, and administering ServiceNow applications.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of overall IT experience
- 3+ years of experience as a ServiceNow developer
- Thorough knowledge of the ServiceNow System
- Experience with JavaScript, HTML, CSS, Jelly, HTTP, XML
- Experience in REST, SOAP services
- Understanding of ITIL and/or ITIL Certified
- US citizenship is required to obtain a Top Secret Clearance
