Journeyman ServiceNow and Enterprise Tools Support Specialist

GovCIO is seeking a skilled Journeyman ServiceNow and Enterprise Tools Support Specialist to support their USSS Network Operations and Security Center proposal. The role involves managing ServiceNow and enterprise IT tools, providing Tier II/III support, system integration, workflow automation, and service optimization. This hybrid remote position will support mission-critical systems enhancing national security and operational efficiency in Washington, DC.

Requirements

• 3+ years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow administration and development
• Proficiency in one or more enterprise monitoring or endpoint management tools (e.g., Splunk, SCCM, Tanium, AppDynamics)
• Strong understanding of ITIL frameworks and best practices
• Experience with scripting languages (JavaScript, PowerShell)
• Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, mission-focused environment
