Jr Data Analyst

As a Jr Data Analyst, you will help a fast-paced team evaluate system issues, streamline operations, and improve data-driven decision making through careful analysis. You will analyze trends, track complaints, enter and manage agency-related data, and identify trends across data sources.

Requirements

• 2+ Years experience in data analysis and a Bachelors Degree OR associate degree and 3+ years of related experience; OR 5+ years of related experience without a degree.
• 1+ years experience in Microsoft Excel and Word
• 1+ Years experience conducting database searches and summarizing findings under tight deadlines.
• 1+ years experience working with ServiceNow as an end-to-end Case Management System
