Requirements

  • In-depth ServiceNow platform knowledge
  • Proficiency in scripting languages (JavaScript, Jelly scripting etc)
  • Experience developing custom applications, modules, forms, and workflows in ServiceNow
  • Ability to integrate ServiceNow with external systems using REST APIs, SOAP web services and MID Servers
  • Expert level understanding of ServiceNow best practices
  • Leadership and communication skills
  • SME in HRSD & CSM applications
  • Ability to work independently and to adapt to a fast-changing environment
