Jr. System Engineer

Belay Technologies, a Baltimore Business Journal's (BBJ) Best Places to Work 2019 contender, is seeking a Jr. System Engineer (ICAM) to join their intel team. The role involves providing 24x7 support to a suite of Identity, Credential, and Access Management (ICAM) systems, including Tier 1 and Tier 2 support. Candidates should monitor ICAM systems and provide Tier 1 & Tier 2 support. The position requires customer interaction, troubleshooting, and collaboration.

Requirements

• TS/SCI Clearance with polygraph
• Bachelor's Degree in a related field
• Seven (7) years' experience as a System Engineer in programs or contracts
• Five (5) years of additional System Engineering experience
• Experience with or knowledge of online and telephone customer support
• Experience with public key infrastructure (PKI)
• Experience with Attribute Based Access Control (ABAC)
• Experience with Entitlements Management
• Experience with LDAP directories
• Experience with SQL
• Experience with basic database querying
• Experience with RESTful services
• Experience with ticketing systems (e.g., JIRA, Redmine, ServiceNow)
• Linux operating system
