Junior Configuration Manager

Ypto is seeking a motivated Junior Configuration Manager to manage the lifecycle of Configuration Items in the Configuration Management Database, in collaboration with CI owners. The role involves process ownership, training, and data integrity, with a focus on IT Service Management, ITIL Framework, and ServiceNow platform.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Engineering, Economics, Commercial Sciences, Finance, or IT/Technology
• Passion for technology

• First working experience in IT, if possible in domain of IT Service Management
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication skills

• Languages: English + at least Dutch or French
