Everience is seeking a proactive and service-oriented IT Support Specialist (Level 1/2) to join a team of 4 IT professionals in a London office. The role involves providing onsite support, managing incidents, and troubleshooting hardware/software issues for approximately 50-100 users. Travel may be required to support regional offices in England.

Requirements

  • Deliver Level 1 and Level 2 support across hardware, software, and networking.
  • Manage incidents and service requests using ServiceNow or similar ticketing platforms.
  • Set up, configure, and troubleshoot Windows devices, Microsoft 365, and standard office IT.
  • Provide excellent in-person and remote user support.
  • Escalate complex issues to senior engineers or vendors.
  • Maintain documentation of incidents and solutions.

Requirements Summary

1-2 yrs IT support experience. Proficiency with ServiceNow ticketing systems. Strong Windows OS and Microsoft 365 knowledge. Fluent English is required
