This Lead Performance Support Consultant role focuses on resolving complex technical escalations for ServiceNow customers. The consultant will analyze the stack to identify and remediate issues affecting the deployment, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and deliver presentations to internal and external stakeholders. Requirements
- 10+ years of progressive experience in technical support, software development, performance laod testing or professional services
- Expert level working knowledge of the components in a web applications stack
- Experience with scripting languages like JavaScript, Python, Perl, or Unix Shell
- Experience with Object Oriented code (Java preferred)
- Excellent working knowledge of one or more Relational Database technologies
- Strong problem-solving, leadership, time management, and critical thinking skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Prior experience of ServiceNow Architecture preferred, or full product training provided
