The Junior IT Asset Configuration Manager will implement IT asset and configuration management governance and processes, ensure data quality, and enforce the CMDB as the single source of truth for all IT processes. The role involves participating in process implementation, embedding, adherence, and continuous improvement, engaging with CMDB customers and data providers, and proposing related KPIs, dashboards, and controls.
Requirements
- Experience with IT Asset and Configuration Management Process (ITIL)
- Process and service-oriented experience in defining, designing, documenting, and implementing transversal processes with several stakeholders
- Experience with ServiceNow and CMDB implementation
- Good communication skills (written and spoken) and a collaborative mindset
- Delivery-oriented, result-driven, and a keen sense for priorities
- Some PowerBI skills are an asset
