As a Location Support Specialist / IT Support, you will be responsible for providing hands-on technical assistance to end users, handling hardware and software diagnostics, and offering technical support for end-users and their devices. This is a permanent on-site role for approximately 18 months. The role focuses on resolving issues and ensuring smooth IT operations for stores, offices, and logistics centers.

Requirements

  • Experience in providing hardware and software diagnostics and support.
  • Proficiency in operating common office, store, and warehouse equipment and technologies.
  • Understanding of IT infrastructure services and architecture.
  • Problem-solving attitude and strong communication skills.
  • Experience with ITSM and ServiceNow.
