As a Junior Network Support Engineer at DXC Bulgaria, you will be responsible for maintaining and supporting various network and security equipment, communicating with customers, and working with team members and other support teams. You will work in a dynamic international and multicultural environment and have the opportunity to work remotely.

Requirements

  • High school diploma preferably in Telecommunication or equivalent
  • Understanding of basic network concepts - OSI Reference Model, TCP/IP protocols, IP Addressing, IPv4 Address Types, Variable Length Subnet Masks (VLSMs) and subnetting, Network Address Translation (NAT)
  • Understanding of IT Service Management (ITSM) and IT Infrastructure Libraries (ITIL) processes
  • Highly adaptable with the ability to work in dynamic international and multicultural environments
  • Strong communication skills
  • Fluent English
