OpenTag is seeking a Junior ProdOps Engineer to join their Production Handling team in Sofia, Bulgaria. This role focuses on ensuring stability, reliability, and exceptional client experience by managing operational tasks, providing client support, and contributing to process improvement and knowledge sharing. The position emphasizes hands-on experience with production operations and a focus on delivering seamless product performance.
Requirements
- Experience with ticketing systems like Jira, ServiceNow
- Familiarity with monitoring tools and dashboards (Datadog, Prometheus, Grafana)
- Comfortable collecting logs, reproducing issues, and identifying root causes
- Understanding web applications, APIs, and microservices architecture
- Basic knowledge of relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL)
- Working hours: Late shift: 13:00 – 22:00
