As a Junior Product Engineer Service Now- Core Modules, you'll support and grow a powerful ServiceNow ecosystem, configuring ITSM and ITOM modules, fine-tuning workflows, and automating critical business processes. You'll work under senior developers, contributing to platform enhancements, resolving user issues, and building a rock-solid foundation for your future as a ServiceNow expert.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
  • Experience with assisting in the configuration of ITSM modules such as Incident, Problem, Change, and Request Management
  • Familiarity with ITOM capabilities like ServiceNow Discovery and Service Mapping, understanding their role in infrastructure monitoring and automation
  • Basic understanding of ITIL processes and principles, particularly in incident, problem, and change management workflows
  • Ability to follow guidelines and collaborate with senior team members to support module enhancements and updates
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to support the identification of system issues and their resolution
