Junior ServiceNow Consultant

We are looking for a Junior ServiceNow Consultant to join our team at Kyndryl. As a starting ServiceNow specialist, you will be trained and taught everything about the ServiceNow platform. You will work with the Ministry of Defense and participate in ServiceNow implementation projects, design and build modules, workflows and interfaces, and advise customers on translating their wishes into smart solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or higher thinking and working level.
• A completed HBO or WO education, preferably in the direction of IT, business administration or technology is a plus.
• Interest in the Service Management side of IT.
• Setting up and improving processes;
• Analytical ability and eye for detail;
• Good verbal and written communication skills in Dutch and English;
• A proactive, eager-to-learn attitude.
• The spirit of a true team player.
