We are looking for an enthusiastic Junior ServiceNow Developer to join our team and grow their skills. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with some technical/development experience or training who is ready to apply their learning and build a career in ServiceNow development.

Requirements

  • Platform Development - Complete low-to-moderate complexity configuration and development tasks under guidance.
  • Learning & Fundamentals - Proactively build your understanding of ServiceNow’s core platform, key applications, scripting fundamentals, and architecture.
  • Best Practices - Follow agreed development standards, naming conventions, and platform guidelines to ensure your work integrates seamlessly with the wider team’s efforts.
  • Collaboration - Work closely with architects, developers, business analysts, testers, and system administrators to clarify requirements and deliver effectively.
  • Agile Participation - Take part in team ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives, helping you understand agile delivery and your role within it.
  • Peer Learning - Ask questions, seek feedback, and share your learning with others to grow confidence and develop into a more independent contributor over time.
  • Professional Development - Work towards relevant ServiceNow certifications and take ownership of your development path, supported by the wider team.
  • Improvement Contributions - Suggest improvements to how we work - including delivery practices and development approaches.
